Consultations

Once you contact Homa Style we start with a one hour consultation in your home. During this time we can determine which service will best fit your needs and budget. We spend time gathering information, developing ideas, measuring, taking “before” pictures…and having fun! If your decorating concerns are simple, such as mantle accessories, arranging bookcases, choosing paint color or help with party ideas, and can be completed during the consultation…great! But if your concerns require more thought, we will take our information gathered and return in a couple of days with a plan below that fits you and your budget. The one hour consultation fee will be applied to additional decorating services if started within 30 days.

Decorating Plans Online

Includes:

* A written step by step plan
* Drawings or floor plans where necessary
* Advice regarding color schemes, room layout, fabric, lighting, furniture, etc.
* Recommendations for contractors, products, web-site, and retail stores
* List of costs broken down into categories that fit you budget

Decorating Plans Online come with enough information you may complete the project yourself. Plans are available for clients across the United States. We email a questionnaire for the room in need with instructions for simple measurements and pictures.

Interior Decorating

Homa Style will oversee all aspects of the project working within your budget and the decorating plan above.

Rearrangements – One Day-One Room Decorating

Working with what you have and”shopping” your closets, garage, etc., you room is transformed in a day! Homeowners may choose to participate and gather information for other rooms during the redesign. A completely new room is incredibly exciting, plus no additional items to buy.

Home Staging

Just what is Home Staging?
It is one of the most important tools available to make your home seem larger, more attractive, and a better value than the competition. The goal of staging is to put a house’s best foot forward. The home becomes a house when it becomes a “saleable” product. The cost of home staging is typically much less than an asking price reduction. Staging is NOT to deceive prospective buyers.

What is the difference between Home Staging and Interior Decorating?
They both involve furniture placement, color, and the right accessories, but that’s where the similarities end. Interior decorating creates an environment that reflects the style and tastes of the homeowner. Home Staging’s goal is to make the house marketable by creating the most appealing home to the greatest number of prospective buyers. Staging appeals to the senses and helps prospective buyers see themselves, entertaining, cooking, and living in the house. Staging is about selling a lifestyle. First Phase of Home Staging During the initial consultation we tour the home, take notes and pictures to provide the homeowner with a Home Staging Evaluation Workbook. This workbook provides steps on how to maximize the property’s selling potential. The
workbook is a comprehensive written report scoring over 200 specific points about your home. This includes recommendations room by room, “quick fix tips”, organization of the space, furniture placement and arrangement, color modifications, de-cluttering, housekeeping and cleaning, pet management, lighting and exterior curb appeal. Plus maintaining the look during showings. Also includes Day of Showing Check List. The evaluation will list all costs and expected time frames for the second phase.

Second Phase of Home Staging (Additional Service)

This service is for the homeowner who prefers to enlist the help of Homa Style in implementing some or all of the recommendations in the Home Staging Evaluation Workbook. Homeowners may choose to complete some tasks themselves. We do as much or as little as the homeowner wants, within the planned time frame and budget.

Vacant Home Staging Evaluation

We evaluate each room and return a written evaluation that makes specific suggestions regarding furniture rental and accessories and the costs associated with rentals.

Organization

Need help with a closet that just can’t fit one more item, or help organizing your kitchen so you can actually prepare a meal, or do you have that “junk” room that would make a fantastic craft room/guest room? We can help and give tips and assistance to keep you organized in the future. You will learn that being organized saves time and money.

Event Decorating & Planning

Preparing for that special event requires special planning and surprising decorating touches starting at the invitations and ending with the clean up. We can help with those all important details.
